Who are the
Embroiderers Guild?
The Embroiderers Guild of Victoria was formed in Melbourne in 1960. Guild headquarters are situated at 170 Wattletree Road, Malvern. Guild members are welcome to visit the headquarters and to attend workshops there.

The South Western Branch was formed in 1974. Present meeting place is at the Meeting Room, Archie Graham Community Centre in Timor Street, Warrnambool.

Information The Embroiderers Guild, Victoria objectives are:
  • To promote co-operation and interchange of ideas among those engaged in or interested in Embroidery in the State of Victoria and with other parts of the world.
  • To maintain a high standard of design and technique in Embroidery.
  • To provide a Centre which may be used as a bureau of information regarding Embroidery.
  • To do all such things as are incidental or conducive to the attaining of the above objects or any of them.
