Create A Calendar in Publisher - By Gwyn
Publisher calendar options allow you to customize with date ranges from 1900 to 2200 and to include one month or an entire year on each page
Do one of the following: Create a calendar
1. On the File menu, click New.
2. In the New Publication task pane (task pane: A window within an Office
application that provides commonly used commands. It's location and small size allow you to use these commands while still working on your files,) under New from a design, click Publications for Print.
3. Under Publications for Print, click Calendars.
4. Under Calendars, click the type of calendar you want to create (Full Page or Wallet Size).
5. In the Preview Gallery, click the design you want.
6. Under the Month or Year in the task pane, click Change date range to pick a year between 1900 and 2200 for your calendar.

7. Use commands in the Calendar Options task pane to customize your calendar.
Note: For some calendar publication designs, you can include a schedule of events.
Add a calendar to a publication.
On the Insert menu, click Design Gallery Object
1. Click the Objects by Category or the Objects by Design tab.
2. In the left pane, click Calendars or a design set to select it.
3. In the right pane, double-click the calendar you want.
Note: Some design sets do not include a calendar object.
